OUR WORK
Through supporting the relief of poverty, we also support the obtaining of education and the breaking of child abandonment practices. Through fundraisers and donations, we are able to provide housing, education support and work opportunities to allow all Cambodians to have hope, dignity and the opportunity for a brighter future.
our mission
We help families break the cycle of poverty by providing housing, education, clean water, sanitation, and community support programs. All our work is designed to empower people toward long-term wellbeing and independence.
our vision
Empowered communities. Thriving families. Lasting change.
We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, pursue their potential, and contribute to a stronger future for their community.
OUr goal
Emerging from a compassionate action or thought, a Heartprint is that which leaves a positive impression upon your heart. As an Australian based charity dedicated to raising funds and offering ground support in Cambodia, our goal is to leave an impression on the hearts of impoverished Cambodians.
our impact
Heartprint is a registered charity and NGO working in Cambodia with a holistic, long-term approach to poverty alleviation. By providing hand ups, not hand outs, we support families with safe housing, nutritious meals, education, vocational training, and employment pathways. For over ten years, we have been breaking barriers to build futures, empowering whole families to rise out of poverty sustainably. Our impact is seen in mothers gaining stable incomes, young people progressing to university, individuals with disabilities finding meaningful employment, and communities growing stronger through opportunity, dignity, and hope.
A HOLISTIC APPROACH
Throughout the years, we noticed gaps in what we were providing for families. We noticed families weren't moving forward as we would have hoped.
In 2020 we took our first step to becoming a holistic charity by building the Heartprint Community Centre. We are now able to provide the support that looks at the whole family structure, not just their living needs, considering their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.
