We require details collected from Heartprint customers to provide you with information about our products and/or services, as well as recent updates in order to provide a high level of customer service.

In assisting our staff development and providing service references, we may record your correspondence.

If there is a problem processing an order, this information will be used to contact you.

Heartprint uses personally identifiable information for communication with our clients, mostly emails, accounts information, and critical service details. This information may also be used for other purposes, including some promotional correspondence. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from any mailing lists by emailing us at info@heartprint.org.au

Delivery Policy

PHYSICAL GOODS

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via delivery within 7 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your software/license/access code via email within 7 working days.

Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info@heartprint.org.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage.

You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. 

Making a donation

When making a donation Stripe take all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete, up-to-date and relevant and stored securely.

Although no data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete, up-to-date, relevant and stored securely. We also take all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold is protected from misuse, interference and loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure by the use of various methods including access limitation, and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to safeguard the account registration process and sign-up information.

Details required from you

Unless provided otherwise, all payments for donations are  made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard accepted) or direct bank credit. You will therefore be required to provide to Heartprint details of your credit card, including:

  • credit card type;
  • name on credit card;
  • credit card number; 
  • expiry date; and
  • CCV number (where applicable).

All online payment transactions performed on our site using the Stripe gateway are secured payments. 

• Your payment information will not be shared by Stripe and cannot be viewed by Heartprint or any outside parties.

•  Your payment details are securely encrypted within Stripe servers.
